We work with people experiencing:

  • Mood, anxiety and psychotic conditions in intellectual disability
  • Behaviours that challenge
  • Co-occurring autism and intellectual disability
  • Mental health needs in genetic and neurodevelopmental syndromes

What we offer

adapted CBT, Positive Behaviour Support, specialist psychiatric review, capacity assessments and family/carer support.

Inpatient care

community-based wherever possible, with admission to specialist UK ID units if required.

Visiting clinicians

senior clinicians from the Maudsley’s intellectual disability service.
